Company Policies

Scheduling Policy

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We aim to arrive within a reasonable time window of your scheduled service.

Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation of future appointments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property. Pets must be secured, and any alarms must be properly disarmed prior to our arrival.

Damage & Liability

We are fully insured. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service for review and resolution.

Health & Sanitation

For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
